May 15, 2026 — Kunshan Blue Ocean Cloud Innovation Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. officially announces the completion of its comprehensive production line upgrade. The 8-month project, with an investment exceeding 20 million RMB, focused on introducing automated assembly lines, smart online inspection systems, and new VIP (vacuum insulation panel) molding equipment, marking a new level in ChiEnCheng's smart manufacturing capabilities.
Automated Assembly Lines: The Core Engine for Efficiency
The new automated assembly lines cover three core processes: refrigeration system welding, door assembly, and electrical wiring. Assembly cycle time has been reduced from 120 minutes per unit to 78 minutes, delivering a 35% efficiency improvement while significantly reducing human error rates.
The lines are equipped with poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) systems that perform real-time validation of component specifications and tightening torque during assembly, preventing defects at the source and ensuring every ChiEnCheng unit meets factory quality standards.
Smart Inspection Systems: Digital Quality Control
The upgrade also introduced a full suite of smart online inspection systems, including vacuum box leak detectors, infrared thermal imaging temperature distribution test rigs, and noise/vibration analysis equipment. All products must pass temperature uniformity tests (both empty-load and full-load conditions) before leaving the factory, with data automatically uploaded to the MES system for full traceability.
Production Capacity Breakthrough
After the upgrade, ChiEnCheng's monthly ULT freezer production capacity has increased from 300 to 400 units. Custom product capacity has increased by 40%. Standard product lead times have been shortened from 30 days to 20 days, effectively alleviating order backlogs and providing strong support for the on-time delivery of overseas large-scale project orders.
ChiEnCheng's Production Director stated: "The production line upgrade is a key part of our five-year development plan. We will continue to advance our digital factory construction, targeting 100% automation of core processes and an additional 25% capacity increase by 2027."
