π§ Installation Guide
1. Site Preparation
Ensure the installation site is level, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Minimum clearance: 30cm on all sides.
2. Electrical Requirements
Verify voltage matches your unit's specification (220V/110V, 50Hz/60Hz). Use a dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Surge protection recommended.
3. Initial Startup
Allow the unit to stand for 24 hours after delivery before powering on. Set target temperature and allow 4β8 hours to reach operating temperature.
4. Validation
Use a calibrated thermometer to verify actual temperature matches display. Record readings in the installation log.

Monthly:
β Check temperature records for anomalies
β Inspect door gasket for wear and seal integrity
β Clean condenser coils (if accessible)
β Verify alarm system function
Quarterly:
β Full calibration check with calibrated reference
β Inspect and clean interior chamber
β Check door hinge alignment
β Test battery backup for alarm system
Annual:
β Professional service inspection
β Refrigerant level check
β Condenser fan motor inspection
β Full system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
π‘ Warranty Information
Standard Warranty: 2 years on the complete unit from the date of purchase.
Compressor Warranty: 5 years on the compressor (primary refrigeration component).
Temperature Controller: 2 years warranty on the control system.
Warranty Exclusions: Damage from improper use, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or Acts of God. Consumables (door gaskets, filters) are not covered.
