Breaking -120°C: Filling the Domestic Gap

The rapid development of CAR-T cell therapy, stem cell storage, and other cutting-edge medical technologies has set more stringent requirements for biological sample storage temperatures. Research shows that at temperatures above -80°C, cell membrane integrity and DNA stability gradually decline over time, while storage below -120°C through vitrification can effectively suppress these degradation reactions, extending sample viability for decades.

The ChiEnCheng CEC-DL120 can achieve cabinet temperatures as low as -125°C (limit: -130°C), with temperature uniformity of ±3°C, meeting the stringent requirements for deep cryogenic storage in cell therapy and reproductive medicine. This product fills the gap in the domestic market for mature commercial equipment in the -120°C temperature zone.

Core Technology: Cascade Compression Refrigeration

The CEC-DL120 employs a dual-stage cascade compression refrigeration architecture, using eco-friendly mixed refrigerants (R290+R170) to achieve ultra-low evaporation temperatures while maintaining energy efficiency and reliability. The unit features a 7-inch industrial touchscreen control system with real-time temperature curve display, data logging and export (USB/Ethernet), and remote alarms (SMS/email/WeChat) for round-the-clock sample protection.

The chamber uses high-purity aluminum alloy materials combined with vacuum insulation panel (VIP) technology, significantly reducing cold loss and achieving approximately 25% lower energy consumption compared to similar products.
